Zuckerberg Questions Musk’s Choice of Platform for Charity Fight

When Musk said that he would show it on his Fight X, Zuckerberg said – ‘Isn’t there a reliable platform than that?’

Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg have been engaged in a war of words on social media in recent weeks, and the latest round of sparring has centered on the platform that will be used to stream their upcoming charity fight.

Musk announced on Sunday that the fight would be live-streamed on X, the new social media platform that he is in the process of acquiring. However, Zuckerberg has questioned the reliability of X, and suggested that the fight be streamed on one of his own platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Threads.

“Couldn’t we use a more reliable platform to actually raise money for charity?” Zuckerberg wrote on Threads.

Musk responded by sharing a link to a news article about a recent outage on Meta’s platforms. “Is it appropriate to do this on platforms that have gone down multiple times?” he asked.

The back-and-forth between Musk and Zuckerberg has generated a lot of attention on social media, and it remains to be seen where the fight will ultimately be streamed. However, the debate over the platform is a reminder of the growing competition between the two tech giants.
